- Contract period: 1 month to 12 months
- If you wish to purchase during the contract period, you will be required to pay the monthly fee for the remaining period.
- The property will become yours at the end of the contract period (after 12 months).
- There are no initial costs such as contract administration fees or cancellation fees.
- Shipping included (If you cancel within three months or are unable to pack and ship the item yourself, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.)
