Returns and Refunds
Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the product you purchased is second-hand, we will accept returns mainly if there is a problem with playback.
Returns must be in the same condition as when you received it, and must be returned in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as:
Non-returnable items:
- New, unopened products after opening
- Gift cards
A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Only a partial refund of the product price will be given in the following circumstances:
- Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing for reasons not due to our fault.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your returned item and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or unprocessed refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be actually posted after we have completed the refund process.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.

Sale items
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
exchange
We will only exchange damaged, soiled or defective items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email info@goodrecordclub.com and return the item to the address below.
If a replacement item is not available, we regret to inform you that we will refund the amount of your order.
Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for your replacement product to arrive.
gift
Any items marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate for the full value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you once your return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient received the item themselves and then passed it on to you, if you return it, a refund will be issued to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

For subscription items or defective products, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you may be required to pay the shipping costs.
Please note that shipping costs for returning other items are the customer's responsibility and are not included in refunds. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If we are covering the shipping costs, please use "Yu-Pack" cash on delivery.
If you are paying for shipping, please use your preferred shipping service. If the value of the returned items is over ¥3,000 , please consider using a tracking and insured shipping service.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
